We want you to feel comfortable shopping with HavenLuxey. If you are not satisfied with your sofa, lamp, or home décor purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

Unused and in original condition.

Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use.

Returned in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, and accessories included.

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and logistical reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Assembled or partially assembled furniture.

Custom or special-order sofas (fabric, color, or size made to order).

Clearance or final-sale items.
-
Lamps or furniture showing signs of wear, damage, or use after delivery.
Return Shipping & Restocking

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Furniture and large items (such as sofas) may be subject to a restocking fee to cover handling and shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the item arrives damaged or defective.

For other requests, a return must be processed first, and a new order placed separately.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your sofa or lamp arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
